Ideal Clients  for Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is highly individualized, and the suitability of coaching depends on your specific needs and goals. You can participate in individual or company-sponsored coaching. Ultimately, a good client for executive coaching is motivated, open to growth, and willing to invest time and effort in their development as a leader.

In addition to the C-suite and top executive team, individuals at all levels, roles, and capacities in a company can benefit from coaching. I am especially interested in working with emerging leaders, high potentials, team leaders, project managers, subject matter experts, and change agents. Executive coaching clients may see themselves in one or more of the following situations:

Cost of Coaching

Coaching services will be provided under a retainer agreement, which offers a flexible and tailored approach to meet your executive coaching needs. The retainer agreement allows for a series of coaching sessions that will be determined collaboratively based on your specific goals and evolving requirements. The retainer agreement provides the convenience of pre-paying for a block of coaching sessions, typically ranging from several sessions over a few months to a longer-term engagement. This arrangement ensures that you have dedicated time and support from the coach, while also allowing for the flexibility to adjust the frequency and duration of the sessions as needed throughout the coaching journey.

We can discuss the cost of coaching during our consultation session.
